When the engine shut off, Noelle's rocking stopped and she froze and he turned in his seat toward her. They stared each other down. A bit of defiant bravado likely due to adrenaline rushed in Noelle's veins, and she set her jaw and made herself glare at him. "If you're going to kill me, do it already."
Her face only grew redder as Red Eyes began laughing at her. Laughing.
